Description:
Develop an integrated webinar strategy by collaborating closely with product marketing, regulatory/SMEs, content & creative, integrated marketing and external speakers
Create an annual webinar calendar that aligns with our editorial calendar and maps to the Company’s overall pipeline goals, and supports all stages of the customer journey.
Develop a webinar production process and schedule, and communicate it to the internal teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Sales)
Develop and communicate webinar plan details (pre and post) to the sales teams globally (BDRs and AEs) to drive registration targets and effective follow-up
Achieve 15% conversion rate from webinar qualified attendees (MQEs) to SALs by successfully executing follow-up initiatives with the BDR and AE teams.
Grow average webinar attendance by improving prospecting materials, developing a robust speaker roster, engaging formats, and highly relevant industry topics.
Partner with the internal marketing team to create webinar registration pages, assign creative tasks, set up the virtual event platform and promote the event externally through social, email, paid, website, etc.
Own and manage 20-25 webinars annually and globally
Oversee the live day-of production and ensure all systems are running smoothly, and troubleshoot any technical issues
Perform analysis of results on a monthly and quarterly basis, run experiments, and implement continuous improvements to the program.
Provide training, coaching, tips and best practices for all webinar speakers internally and externally
Establish standard operating procedures to include RACI matrices to ensure that the webinar program is successfully executed against clear OKRs.
Qualifications
Level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in business administration; marketing and communications or related field.
7+ years experience working in a similar role within the marketing space with 3+ years owning virtual learning and development or online webcasts/engagements;
Experience and knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus)
Experience with virtual event platforms such as Hopin, Goldcast, GoToWebinar, ON24.
Project management, budget planning and operations experience demonstrating the ability to create, build and pivot virtual event programming from the ground up;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute on several asks for many different client accounts and internal stakeholders as well as external partners and contractors/agencies.
