Vice President Finance

Description:

We’re seeking a hands-on VP Finance to oversee all financial functions for a dynamic manufacturing company in Montreal along with its US operations. This role combines strategic leadership with operational involvement in accounting, cost management, and business planning. You will also lead financial consolidation across entities.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting

✔ Oversee accounting, reporting, and internal controls

✔ Implement cost accounting and inventory management processes

✔ Manage audits, tax compliance, and cash flow

✔ Consolidate financials across Canadian and U.S. operations

✔ Partner with operations and executive leadership to optimize profitability

What We’re Looking For:

✅ CPA designation

✅ 10+ years of progressive finance experience (manufacturing preferred)

✅ Strong cost accounting and ERP knowledge

✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel and advanced modelling; bilingual (English/French) a plus,

✅ Experience with multi-entity consolidation and cross-border operations
