Cundall and Duffy Veterinary Surgeons, a forward-thinking, RCVS-accredited single-site practice in Scarborough, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team. This role offers 30 hours per week, including a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rotation, with no out-of-hours duties, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The practice is located in the scenic coastal town of Scarborough, adjacent to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, offering access to activities like surfing, diving, sailing, cycling, and walking, as well as proximity to the historic city of York.

The facility is well-equipped with advanced veterinary tools such as digital and dental x-ray machines, ultrasound with a cardiac probe, an in-house laboratory, and a range of orthopaedic equipment. The caseload is varied and interesting, with great clients and strong community ties. The team values professional growth and is open to flexible working arrangements, mentoring, and supporting vets who wish to pursue specialist certifications.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled small animal veterinarian who strives to provide the highest standard of care. You will have access to VetOracle specialists for complex cases and will be encouraged to develop areas of special interest.
