Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital of West Toronto, a part of NVA Canada, is actively seeking a second board-certified Small Animal Surgeon to join their growing team. This established 24/7 emergency and referral facility is focused on delivering specialized care to the community in a collaborative and modern environment.

Hospital Overview:

• A 9,000+ sq. ft. advanced facility dedicated to veterinary surgery and emergency care.

• Equipped with leading-edge tools including Dyonics arthroscopy, Ligasure vessel sealing unit, gas plasma and steam sterilization, IDEXX analyzers, multi-parameter monitoring, digital radiography, ultrasound, and plans for a CT scanner.

• Strategically located with convenient access to highways, amenities, and Toronto city centre within 30 minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art environment alongside a skilled surgical team.

• Collaborate with in-house specialists including a board-certified anesthesiologist.

• Utilize two fully equipped surgical suites with comprehensive orthopedic instrumentation.

• Engage in continuous learning and clinical growth within a supportive and innovative setting.

• Optionally contribute to weekend or evening rotations (not mandatory).
