As a Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing clinic operations, mentoring teams, ensuring quality care, and implementing strategies that foster growth and excellence across multiple clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage clinical and support teams across one or more veterinary clinics.

• Drive team performance through effective coaching, feedback, and talent development initiatives.

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

• Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and develop strategies for operational efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent and compassionate service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with veterinary standards, health, safety, and legal regulations.

• Support marketing and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the clinic’s local presence.

• Implement strategic initiatives that enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in healthcare, veterinary, or service-based environments).

• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proficiency in financial management and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Dayforce, etc.).

• Demonstrated passion for client service and team development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

• Collaborative, empathetic leadership style with a focus on fostering team engagement and growth.
