As a Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing clinic operations, mentoring teams, ensuring quality care, and implementing strategies that foster growth and excellence across multiple clinics.
Lead and engage clinical and support teams across one or more veterinary clinics.
Drive team performance through effective coaching, feedback, and talent development initiatives.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and develop strategies for operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent and compassionate service delivery.
Ensure compliance with veterinary standards, health, safety, and legal regulations.
Support marketing and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the clinic’s local presence.
Implement strategic initiatives that enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and overall performance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in healthcare, veterinary, or service-based environments).
Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in financial management and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Dayforce, etc.).
Demonstrated passion for client service and team development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Collaborative, empathetic leadership style with a focus on fostering team engagement and growth.
