Veterinary Client Service

 

Description:

Requirements for this position are as follows:

· Able to provide excellent and expeditious client experience.

· Greet clients.

· Respond to client questions.

· Process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments.

· Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs and scheduling appointments.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.

· Monitor client waiting area for cleanliness.

· Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within the business operations software.

· Escalate complex matters to senior staff.

· Knowledge of Cornerstone Veterinary Software an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
