R+V Versicherung is seeking a Personenversicherungsbetreuer (m/w/d) im Versicherungsvertrieb Agenturen to strengthen its presence in Marne. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers of our general agency, providing tailored insurance solutions in the area of personal insurance as well as occupational pension schemes. You will advise clients according to their individual life situations, optimize existing insurance coverage, and make use of innovative consulting tools to ensure the best possible service.

You will be responsible for both securing the needs of existing customers and acquiring new clients. Consultation can take place personally on-site, in the agency, or digitally, depending on customer preference. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust, and expertise in insurance and tax-relevant pension topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary advisor for clients on personal insurance and occupational pension products.

• Provide tailored insurance consultations based on individual life circumstances.

• Review and optimize existing insurance coverage.

• Utilize digital and in-person consultation methods effectively.

• Expand and maintain long-term customer relationships while acquiring new clients.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Versicherungsfachmann (m/w/d).

• Solid knowledge of occupational pension schemes (bAV) and related tax topics.

• Strong sales and customer service orientation.

• Confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and persuasive ability.

• Analytical thinking and the ability to develop customized client solutions.
