Universal Banker

Description:

CIBC is looking for a Universal Banker to join their Personal and Business Banking team. This role is client-focused and based in fast-paced banking centres in Toronto. The successful candidate will proactively engage clients and recommend CIBC’s mobile and online banking solutions to support their financial success.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities

• Advise clients on financial solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans

• Use knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection products

• Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships

• Promote CIBC’s mobile banking applications to enhance client banking experience

• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Be willing to work at multiple banking centres within reasonable travel distance

• On-site full-time role
