Raas Infotek is seeking an experienced UI Developer with Next.js expertise for an immediate requirement with one of its clients. This is an on-site contract role based in Calgary, AB, and requires a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in front-end development, architecture, and design for enterprise-scale applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing enterprise web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and robust UI frameworks. You must have strong hands-on expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js, with proven experience in implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Client-Side Rendering (CSR) for performance optimization.

Key responsibilities include designing reusable React components, managing client-side state, and applying best practices in micro frontends, component-driven design, and enterprise-level UI architecture. In addition, you will be working on e-commerce platforms, CMS integration, and GraphQL implementations with Apollo Server and GraphQL Client. Proficiency in modern development tools such as Nx, Turborepo, Storybook, and Prettier is also required.

The role demands not only strong technical expertise but also excellent communication skills, as the developer will need to collaborate with cross-geographical teams, engage in client management, and support team leadership activities. Experience in application security, design principles, and performance tuning is essential.
