Description:
We’re expanding our network of expert educators and seeking certified teachers with 3+ years’ IB or AP experience to partner with us across seven disciplines: Mathematics, Science, Mandarin, Spanish, Physics, Chemistry, and Design. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑impact sessions—online or in person—leveraging our AI‑enhanced platform to accelerate student progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver one‑on‑one or small‑group IB/AP tutoring sessions in your subject area
- Develop holistic learning plans that integrate content, study strategies, and real‑world applications
- UseAI tools for real‑time error detection, adaptive drills, and data‑driven progress tracking
- Communicate clear, actionable feedback during and between sessions
- Collaborate with the Bespoke Learning team to refine resources, share best practices, and co‑create innovative lesson materials
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and session outcomes
Qualifications
- Teaching certification (provincial/state or equivalent) – mandatory
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching IB and/or AP curricula in your subject
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high scores in IB or AP assessments
- Flexibility in scheduling (evenings/weekends) and delivery format (online or in person)
- Commitment to a holistic educational experience—beyond academics to skills like time management, critical thinking, and growth mindset
- Strong communication skills and tech‑savviness (comfortable with virtual classrooms and AI tools)
