Travel Administrator

 

Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Conduct all business in a timely, professional, and respectful manner
  • Collecting, compiling, and reconciling hotels, flights, and car rentals invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintaining good relations with all travel vendors (hotel, airlines, travel agencies)
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements for travel use, creating POs in SAP
  • Highly organized with high attention to detail
  • Understand, support, communicate and enforce all Mammoet Travel policies and procedures
  • Travel arrangements for employees, when required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education

  • Completed High School diploma

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 year office experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills specifically with MS Office
  • SAP experience is considered an asset
  • Bookkeeping experience considered an asset.
  • Having a travel consultant background would be an asset
