  • Create structured, accessible learning modules using Squarespace or similar platforms.

  • Engage and consult survivors, service providers, advisory committees, and other partners to guide toolkit design.

  • Pilot the toolkit with local service providers (September–November 2025) and gather feedback.

  • Maintain clear documentation of project progress, challenges, and achievements.

  • Monitor and manage project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of human trafficking and intersecting issues such as racism, poverty, gender-based violence, housing insecurity, mental health, and substance use.

  • Experience providing direct or peer support to survivors is a strong asset.

  • Excellent written communication skills and curriculum development experience.

  • Project coordination experience including milestone tracking and stakeholder management.

  • Web development proficiency or willingness to learn tools such as Squarespace.

  • Strong technical skills with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.

  • High reliability, accountability, and independence in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Commitment to trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and survivor-centered practice.

  • Ability to manage feedback, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to evolving project goals.

Requirements:

  • Criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening is required. However, Restorations acknowledges the experiences of survivors and will review checks on a case-by-case basis in line with the values of growth and advocacy.

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and suitable technology for remote work.

  • Willingness to conduct regular virtual check-ins and uphold professionalism and accountability regardless of location.

  • Adherence to Restorations’ code of conduct and agency values.

Hours and Work Location:
