Description:

Cineplex is hiring Theatre Managers to oversee and optimize theatre operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding company policies and standards. The Theatre Manager will be responsible for leading teams, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee amusement, food & beverage, guest services, and retail operations

  • Maintain clean and compliant theatre facilities

  • Execute group events and corporate bookings

  • Recruit, train, and develop management teams

  • Ensure fair and effective employee performance management

  • Manage theatre budgets and revenue initiatives

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate teams, guests, and employees

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a similar role

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions

  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively

  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as needed
