Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional to grow SureSmile’s clear aligner business. Your primary focus will be driving new business through acquiring new accounts, growing case submissions within the current customer base, and building strong relationships with dental professionals. This role requires a proactive, organized individual with a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new SureSmile customers, targeting general dentists and orthodontists.
- Case Growth: Drive case submissions through consultative support, product implementation, and marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct practice consultations, training, and digital impression scans to enhance product utilization.
- Territory Management: Manage and prioritize an assigned territory, involving up to 30% travel.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Clinical Implementation Specialists, sales teams, and marketing to maximize territory potential.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with scientific literature and industry trends to deliver relevant, educational programs.
- Achieve Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed case submission targets.
- Other duties and responsibilities not specifically described may be assigned from time to time at the manager's discretion.
Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferred
- Proven ability to hunt and close new accounts in a competitive market
- Strong consultative, training, and process improvement skills
- Technology-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Adobe Connect, and digital imaging platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven performer both individually and in a team environment
- Ability to manage a large and varied workload
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and diplomacy
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle on a daily basis for up to 8 hours or more per day
- Ability to travel overnight as required, up to 30% (within assigned territory, Canada & U.S. for conferences/meetings)
