Description:
Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies with over 130 years of history, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for its dental capital equipment portfolio. This role involves driving business growth across the CAD/CAM product line, meeting sales and revenue targets, and supporting both authorized dealers and end-user customers.
The representative will be responsible for developing and executing business plans aligned with company strategy, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, training dealer representatives, managing forecasts and CRM data, attending trade shows, and building strong customer and industry relationships. The territory covers Northeastern Ontario with a particular focus on the East GTA, serving dental clinics, group practices, dental schools, and government institutions.
The role requires strong business acumen, territory management skills, analytical ability, and excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. The candidate should be comfortable challenging customer perspectives with evidence-based solutions and able to discuss ROI effectively. The position demands discipline, adaptability, competitiveness, and a results-driven mindset. Overnight travel (approximately 20%) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with dealer sales reps, technical staff, and Dentsply Sirona colleagues across portfolios.
Conduct sales presentations, demos, and post-sale training for end-users.
Deliver product and sales training to dealer representatives.
Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records, and competitive insights.
Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, universities, colleges, and industry associations.
Support new product launches, conversions, and CE events to maximize sales impact.
Manage territory budgets and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Education/Experience Requirements:
5–7 years of successful sales experience in medical, dental, or IT technology.
University degree preferred; equivalent dental industry experience may be considered.
Dental education/experience is an asset.
Valid driver’s license required.
