Description:
Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Sales Representative responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals within an assigned territory, primarily focused on dental clinics and laboratories. The role involves promoting and selling Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services to existing and potential customers while adhering to company policies and directives. The position offers the opportunity to develop strategic relationships with clients, expand market share, and represent the company in local and national trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, assessing their needs and presenting appropriate products, solutions, and services.
Analyze customer and territory sales trends and plan sales activity to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Identify prospective customers and implement strategies to convert them from competitors to Nobel Biocare clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share.
Maintain accurate customer files and records for sharing within the organization.
Report product issues, potential customer loss, or competitive strategies to management.
Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity; apply this knowledge to sales strategies.
Manage territory within allocated budget and maintain a travel schedule consistent with the sales plan.
Complete administrative paperwork on time and participate in trade shows and company meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent sales experience.
3+ years of B2B sales experience; dental sales or dental implant experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reside within the designated territory.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and professional sales skills.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Ability to comprehend and communicate technical product and clinical information effectively.
Demonstrated professional sales skills and relationship-building capabilities.
