Territory Manager

 

Description:

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Key tasks include managing client accounts, providing tailored technical solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role will require exceptional problem-solving, communication, empathy and determination.

 

What you should expect:

  • Account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales and customer relationship management expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical process engineering problem-solving
  • Proficiency in CRM software and willingness to use it
  • Ability to work independently, effectively in a large territory with significant travel
  • Prior experience selling within the agricultural space.
  • Bilingual (French/ English) mandatory.
