Revo Tennis is a premium, tech-driven indoor tennis club redefining the way tennis is taught. We're looking for passionate Tennis Coaches to join our team and provide exceptional instruction across our locations in Aurora and Markham, Ontario. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to integrate cutting-edge technology into training sessions, such as automated ball machines and motion video analysis, to elevate player development. You will be working with players across various skill levels, including junior development, beginner bootcamps, and adult performance sessions.

The role involves coaching private lessons, group clinics, and structured programs. You'll be responsible for customizing drills, integrating technology, and using feedback tools to enhance performance. You’ll also work collaboratively with other coaches to ensure the highest teaching quality and contribute to the growth and retention of the member base through exceptional instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach private lessons, group clinics, and structured programs.

• Lead junior development, beginner bootcamps, and adult performance sessions.

• Integrate technology and ball machines into training where suitable.

• Use tablets or cameras to capture and analyze player movement (motion feedback).

• Conduct footwork and agility training using ladders, cones, and visual targets.

• Customize drills across various age groups and skill levels.

• Collaborate with the Revo coaching team to maintain consistent teaching quality.

• Help build and retain a strong member base through exceptional instruction.

Qualifications:

• Instructor, Club Pro 1, Club Pro 2, or international equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience.

• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation Package:

• Contract Coaches: Paid based on lesson profit-sharing and client load.

• Full-Time Coaches: Total compensation range: $60,000 – $100,000 annually (base salary, performance-based bonus, and lesson commission). Actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and client load.
