• Install, test, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, operating systems, and the corporate network.
  • Monitor incoming support tickets.
  • Create and maintain users in POS and other software.
  • Manage IT inventory.
  • Set up and maintain employee computer stations.
  • Support systems implementation manager in software and system rollouts/changes.
  • Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility.
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software and security systems to ensure network security.

Required skills:

  • Oral and written communication in English and French.
  • College diploma or equivalate degree in computer technology.
  • Understanding of computer networks and systems.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office admin center, Windows and MAC systems by Apple Inc.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, integrity, and honesty.
  • Ability to protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Resourceful, autonomous.
  • Excellent sense of customer service.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a support technician.
