Technician

Description:

Shawn’s Pro is seeking a reliable and motivated technician to join their team. This role involves hands-on work in window cleaning, gutter maintenance, gutter guard installation, and holiday lights installation. Technicians will work outdoors, at heights, and on varying schedules depending on job site needs. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning.

• Clean gutters and flush downspouts.

• Install gutter guards.

• Install holiday lights safely and efficiently.

• Adapt to changing schedules and work environments.

• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required Strengths and Skills:

• Must have a valid work permit in Canada.

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

• Flexible with working hours and adaptable to changing schedules.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Experience in cleaning, installation, or related trades is an advantage but not required.

Benefits:

• Starting pay of $20/hr with opportunities for performance-based increases.

• Flexible work schedule: 25–38 hours/week, 4–5 working days.
