Randstad Enterprise is seeking a bilingual Technical Talent Advisor (French & English) to join their team in Montreal, QC. This full-time permanent role involves executing strategic recruitment plans, identifying, selecting, interviewing, and recruiting candidates to fulfill client requests within the IT sector. The role requires collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

As part of Randstad Sourceright, you will represent the organization professionally, understand client business and organizational challenges, and deliver innovative recruitment solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute candidate sourcing plans for assigned work orders using job boards, social media, referrals, Internet research, and other methods in a cost-effective manner aligned with client standards.

  • Engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.

  • Draft and send recruitment emails and manage communication with candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using Boolean and other advanced search techniques.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track and report candidate conversion metrics: passive candidates converted, interview invitations, offers, and hires.

  • Collect and verify references from current employees and external networks.

  • Promote the employer brand both online and offline.

  • Occasionally attend client and internal events in person.

  • Maintain candidate databases via Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Communicate with previous candidates regarding new opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media, and emerging recruitment tools.

  • Conduct proactive research on client competitors, market factors, and hiring trends.

  • Document research methodologies and candidate sourcing chains.

  • Build a network of candidates to meet current and future hiring requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Positive teamwork and collaboration capabilities.

  • Ability to take initiative, follow directions, and execute plans.

  • Adaptability to evolving client priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT recruitment.

  • Experience in BFSI sector is an asset.
