SAP’s Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a globally recognized, paid opportunity aimed at empowering future professionals with meaningful experience in enterprise software support. The SAP iXp Intern for the Business Technology Platform – Technical Support team will be instrumental in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving complex system issues for Fortune 500 companies across the globe.

This role involves hands-on problem-solving in real-world production environments, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to the broader product support community at SAP. The intern will work with cross-functional global teams and gain exposure to diverse enterprise technologies such as SAP ERP, HANA, cloud platforms, and database/web service technologies.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a technical program (bachelor’s/master’s/bootcamp)

  • Background in Computer Science or relevant field

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise-level databases and cloud systems (e.g., HANA, SQL Server, Oracle, XML, HTTPS)

  • Experience with Unix/Linux-based environments

  • Customer support experience is an asset

Internship Details:

  • Start Date: August 2025

  • Duration: 8 months

  • Work Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Participation in after-hours/weekend support may be required
