Cohesity, a recognized leader in AI-powered data security and management, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join its support team in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment with global customers, providing timely and effective technical resolutions related to data security, storage, virtualization, and networking.
The support engineer will serve as a key player in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and account teams, ensure product quality and usability, and contribute to the support knowledge base. Your role is essential to driving customer satisfaction and enhancing product performance in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.
Deliver exceptional support to Cohesity customers across business hours and rotational shifts
Reproduce customer issues in lab environments for effective troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal engineering and customer account teams
Create documentation and reusable resources such as knowledge base articles
Monitor and assess product support readiness and share feedback for improvements
Apply expert judgment to select optimal resolution methods for unique issues
Continuously enhance customer experience by adopting proactive support measures
