Technical Solution Designer

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Solution Designer with strong hands-on experience in .NET as the primary technology and Java as a secondary skill. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, guiding development teams, and driving technical excellence.

🔹 Experience: 9–18 Years

🔹 Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

• Good working knowledge of Java / Spring / Microservices

• Proven experience in solution design and architecture

• Ability to guide teams and implement solution designs

• Experience with system integrations and enterprise applications

• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) is a plus

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on business requirements

• Provide architectural guidance to development teams

• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical decisions

• Review code and ensure best practices are followed
