Technical Salesperson

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a reputable HVAC manufacturer and distributor, is currently seeking a Technical Salesperson for their Victoria, BC branch. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the most comprehensive HVAC product lines in North America, with a company that prioritizes employee success and long-term development.

As the HVAC Technical Salesperson, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, preparing detailed technical estimates and proposals, and ensuring seamless sales support for both internal and external customers. You’ll play a critical role in handling the full customer lifecycle, from inquiry to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

• Prepare detailed estimates and technical sales quotations

• Create submittals and ensure proper documentation is generated for each project

• Process orders and track order statuses through delivery

• Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment

• Deliver superior customer service and foster long-term client relationships

• Continuously improve product and industry knowledge through ongoing learning

• Assist in organizing and supporting industry and company events

• Perform other duties as required by the leadership team

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related technical field

• Certifications such as EIT (Engineer-in-Training), C.E.T. (Certified Engineering Technologist), or M.E.T. (Mechanical Engineering Technologist) are considered assets

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated commitment to a strong work ethic and customer-first approach
