Our client, a well-known manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced technical sales representative to join their team.

Salary up to $95,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities:
Attend sales meetings and travel to meet clients, establishing long-term business relationships
Advise and guide clients toward a product that suits their needs
Receive and negotiate requests and project prices
Prepare detailed quotations
Submit orders to the sales department and make necessary arrangements to meet customer needs
Stay in close contact with clients to respond to various requests
Provide after-sales service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with warranty and service groups to ensure clients are satisfied with product performance while adhering to contract conditions
Develop and maintain documentation related to overall design, safety, technical specifications, and product performance standards
Assist sales department personnel with projects as needed
Maintain effective communication as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Actively listen to fully understand and meet client needs
Required Profile:
DEC or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in building mechanics
Client management experience
Knowledge of Canadian and American gas and oil codes
