Technical Recruiter

Aversan Inc. is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company that provides leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace, defence, and space industries. They are currently hiring two Technical Recruiters to join their internal team.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical positions across the organization. This role requires a strong ability to source and assess candidates, build and maintain a pipeline of talent, and manage recruitment operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse technical roles within the company.

• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Research potential talent sources such as companies, websites, organizations, and community groups.

• Create, post, and manage job listings across various job boards and company platforms.

• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree or diploma from a recognized institution.

• Background or work experience in engineering (Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering) is advantageous.

• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates via Boolean searches, networking, user groups, and web-based channels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and logical recommendations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with various ATS tools.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
