The organization is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager, Professional Services to join their team remotely in Ottawa, Ontario. This role focuses on leading the deployment of Fusus technology and other large-scale SaaS solutions for law enforcement agencies and public safety institutions. The position offers an opportunity to directly contribute to life-saving technology implementations that drive meaningful impact in society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of complex, enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful project execution.

• Define project vision, scope, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee program-level change management activities and ensure alignment with client expectations and internal standards.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to support revenue recognition and compliance.

• Participate in defining program scope and objectives through detailed research, requirements gathering, and technical analysis.

• Utilize program management tools to track progress, manage risks, and report on key performance indicators.

• Ensure projects meet national and state standards for data security, compliance, and system reliability.

• Travel occasionally (up to 30%) to collaborate with customers and internal teams across multiple regions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• PMP certification highly preferred.

• 5+ years of professional experience managing complex SaaS or enterprise software programs.

• Proven success in managing large-scale software deployments or infrastructure programs.

• Strong technical understanding of cloud-based solutions, integration, and software lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with precision and efficiency.

• Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally across technical and business teams.

• Experience with program management tools for tracking and reporting project progress.
