Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a senior Delivery Lead

• Must have 3+ years of software engineering (full stack – Java and Spring boot) experience with object-oriented programming & scripting languages.

• Strong technical background (i.e. ability to read code, provide feedback, knowledge of software design patterns).

• Working experience in an Agile environment.

• Must have technical hands-on experience with SOAP / Rest Services.

• Must have technical working knowledge of User Experience best practices.

• Must have technical working experience with cloud-based applications, awareness of main public cloud offerings (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) and how Pivotal Cloud Foundry is best suited for deployments across these.

• Must understand the software release process (environments, binary repositories, CI/CD).

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of banking/financial industry experience is an asset.

• Hands-on technical working experience in modernizing legacy systems or similar transformational initiatives is a strong preference.

• Working experience in building globally scalable financial products

• Working experience in defining current and future state for products and the associated roadmaps.
