We are looking for a Technical Architect – Guidewire with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter to lead technical architecture, solution design, development, and delivery for P&C Insurance solutions.
🔑 Must Have:
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of Guidewire implementation experience
Strong Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Wizards & Product Designer
Experience with Guidewire Cloud & On-Prem
Strong solution architecture and technical design experience
P&C / Commercial Lines insurance experience
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
Strong Agile and SDLC knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
Guidewire Integration experience/certification
Integration Gateways, AppEvents & Autopilot
Guidewire GenAI exposure
Professional Cloud Integration Developer certification
