Summary

Operate and lead secure, reliable analytics, data, and MarTech platforms enabling trusted reporting, integrations, and digital marketing at enterprise scale.

What will your typical day look like?

You will lead day-to-day administration, availability, and security of analytics, BI, and MarTech platforms. This role blends hands-on technical operations with L2/L3 support, partnering with Technology, Data, Marketing, Security, and vendors to ensure reliable, compliant platforms.
 

  • Administer and support enterprise analytics, BI, and MarTech platforms across on prem and cloud environments.
  • Manage user access, roles, licensing, SSO/MFA integration, and periodic access reviews.
  • Operate BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik): workspaces/apps, gateways, refresh schedules, and issue resolution.
  • Support integrations, APIs, and secure file transfers (SFTP), including troubleshooting failures.
  • Provide operational data support including ingestion monitoring, reconciliation, and data quality triage.
  • Coordinate upgrades, incidents, changes, vendor escalations, and audit evidence.
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation; drive continuous improvement and mentoring.
  • Lease between application team and infrastructure team.
  • Administer various other tools used by the application team (i.e. GitHub, Loqate, etc…)

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

You are someone with these skills, expereince and qualifications:
 

  • 7+ years in application administration, BI/platform operations, or data systems support
  • Experience with two or more of: SAS, Power BI, Qlik, Adobe ecosystem, Salesforce
  • Experience supporting integrations and data pipelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience administering enterprise applications across SaaS, on‑premises, and hybrid environments
  • Proficiency in BI platform administration, including Power BI and Qlik
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms such as SAS CI 360, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Salesforce
  • Strong identity and access management skills, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and AD/LDAP
  • Expertise in secure file transfer protocols and tooling (SFTP, SSH keys)
  • Solid SQL fundamentals with experience in data validation and troubleshooting
  • Proven incident management capability with strong documentation practices and effective stakeholder communication
