IQVIA’s Linguistic Solutions team within the Quality Metric division is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage and support a team involved in electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment (eCOA) implementation. This key leadership role requires technical expertise in eCOA systems, strong project management skills, and a background in translation and localization. The successful candidate will lead a team of eight Project Managers and Screen Review Specialists to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of eCOA migrations and screen reviews in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of eight eCOA Project Managers in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

• Ensure electronic implementation projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints, while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

• Provide day-to-day operational support and answer team member queries.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all project deliverables.

• Conduct training and provide professional development to strengthen the team’s capabilities in eCOA implementation and screen review processes.

• Present project updates and summaries in internal and client-facing meetings.

• Participate in organizational and departmental process improvement initiatives.

• Personally handle some Migration and Screen Review projects as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Life Sciences, IT, Project Management, or Linguistics.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, eCOA implementation, clinical research, or translation/localization.

• Proven team leadership experience.

• Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in an additional language is a strong asset.

• Solid understanding of eCOA platforms, translation technologies, TMS, and CAT tools.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and clients, with high emotional and cultural intelligence.
