An established insurance firm in Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced Team Lead for their Personal Lines division. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of personal insurance products, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for team leadership. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team while contributing to the growth and service excellence of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Personal Lines team, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards.

• Provide leadership through coaching, training, and mentoring of Personal Lines Advisors.

• Resolve complex client issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Promote and foster a strong sales-oriented team culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance.

• Must possess a Level 2 General Insurance License.

• Prior leadership experience is an asset.

• Sales-driven team player with excellent communication skills and a personable, client-focused demeanor.
