Tax Technology Consultant

Deloitte, in collaboration with R8dius—an Indigenous majority-owned professional services and technology implementation business—is hiring a Consultant in SAP, Oracle, and Tax Technology. This is a remote-first, full-time permanent position based in Toronto, ON, open to candidates across Canada.

As part of R8dius’ mission to “Widen the Circle,” the selected candidate will join a dynamic team that fuses Indigenous knowledge with advanced technologies to solve complex tax and ERP-related challenges. You will play a critical role in the deployment and optimization of tax technology solutions using SAP or Oracle ERP systems. Your work will support a growing national network focused on inclusive progress and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems (SAP FI, MM, SD or Oracle Financials/Procurement) for tax optimization.

• Assist in capturing business requirements and executing system functionality aligned with client tax needs.

• Participate in all stages of project lifecycles: functional design, testing, training, and support.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver technology-driven tax services and tools.

• Support clients by defining sustainable tax technology strategies and processes.

• Engage in mentoring and continuous learning through hands-on experience and coaching.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Tax, Finance, or IT roles with a strong grasp of ERP tax functionality.

• Proficiency in SAP (FI, MM, SD) or Oracle ERP modules preferred.

• Applications development or programming experience is considered an asset.

• Ability to manage project deliverables and participate in strategic planning.

• Comfortable working remotely and open to travel within Canada if needed.

• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a passion for learning and innovation.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: CAD 58000 – 102000 annually.
