Description:

The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing works in collaboration with the Advisor, TA Marketing, and reports to the Lead, TA Marketing. This position will support employer brand and candidate experience marketing initiatives and strategies to attract candidates for available roles within BCEHS. As part of our growing Workplace Experience team, you’ll partner with our internal Talent Acquisition clients who support BCEHS’s recruitment of paramedics, emergency call takers, and other positions, across the province. Key tasks include producing social media content and marketing materials, writing job advertisements, monitoring digital engagement, and coordinating content maintenance and updates to PHSA Careers and program websites, specific to the BCEHS program. Alongside project work, day-to-day tasks include:

 

  • Produce high quality social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. using innovative practices like storytelling to attract applicants to BCEHS.
  • Ensure the sharing of relevant and timely content to support BCEHS / PHSA Careers’ overall content strategy. Coordinate social media editorial calendar with team, curate related assets, and publish across all channels using Hootsuite.
  • Monitor metrics and collect data to evaluate TA Marketing campaigns and tactics, including trend analysis and social media reports; monitor social media community engagement.
  • Write, edit and deliver engaging and consistent content for talent acquisition marketing materials including job ads (like this one!), testimonials, internal and external web content, employer review responses on Glassdoor, email marketing campaigns, and more.
  • Support recruitment campaign proposal development, planning, and execution; coordinate production of creative asset development, including graphic design, photography, and video.
  • Coordinate regular content maintenance and updates to internal and external PHSA Careers website properties, working with website vendor and internal stakeholders. Supports TA Marketing team with website maintenance, including upgrades, new content pages, and user experience projects.
  • Work with the TA Advisor, BCEHS, to facilitate end-to-end recruitment marketing processes; using new, innovative, and creative avenues for increasing awareness.
