The Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations by recruiting top talent to meet production demands while fostering a culture of equity and operational excellence.


Role Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Mount Royal, Quebec, you will lead strategic recruitment programs focused on both salaried and hourly/high-volume roles within the operations and supply chain functions. You will manage the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) vendor, collaborate with manufacturing leadership and HR partners, and leverage data and technology to drive recruitment effectiveness and an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.

  • Design, implement, and manage blue-collar talent acquisition programs including candidate pipelines, workforce planning, and community partnerships.

  • Own the recruitment process for salaried positions, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.

  • Lead and oversee a team of RPO resources responsible for recruitment of hourly/high-volume roles.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure success, and continuously improve processes.

  • Collaborate closely with plant leadership and HR teams to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.

  • Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ideally 5 years of direct talent acquisition experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to create and execute large-scale recruitment programs with measurable results.

  • Expertise in data analytics, including creating dashboards, reports, and using analytics tools to guide recruitment strategy.

  • Experience in process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing workflow optimizations.

  • Technical proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday), data visualization platforms, and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with recruitment technologies is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Canada and specifically Quebec.

  • Bilingualism preferred (French and English) to effectively communicate with partners inside and outside Quebec.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $100,300.00 - $125,400.00 CAD annually

  • Eligible for performance-based bonus as per company policy.
