Description:
SS&C Technologies, a global leader in financial services and healthcare technology, is seeking a SWIFT Service Bureau Operator for its Mississauga, ON office. This is a full-time hybrid position, ideal for professionals experienced in supporting SWIFT Service Bureaus and managing infrastructure related to secure financial messaging.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for maintaining and operating SS&C’s SWIFT Service Bureau infrastructure. The role includes managing certifications, handling audits, coordinating with downstream application teams, and implementing both software and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the SWIFT Service Bureau systems and infrastructure
Ensure compliance with SWIFT certifications and participate in audits
Manage onboarding and connectivity services for clients
Interact with internal application teams to ensure seamless service integration
Implement new hardware/software systems as required
Conduct business continuity planning and exercises
Support troubleshooting and incident resolution
Required Qualifications:
SWIFT Service Bureau certification (mandatory)
Strong experience in SWIFT onboarding and connectivity
Proven experience supporting a SWIFT Service Bureau
IT support experience with a solid understanding of:
Windows Operating Systems
Networking, firewalls, and VPN devices
Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
Desirable Attributes:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage critical infrastructure
