As an Oracle HCM Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients across Canada by managing, optimizing, and enhancing their Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. You will be responsible for providing expert-level support, troubleshooting system issues, performing configuration tasks, testing, and guiding clients in leveraging Oracle HCM functionalities to achieve business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth HR operations and system integration, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide recommendations, and ensure successful system performance. The role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, providing client-focused solutions, and working in a hybrid or remote environment that supports flexibility and work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Oracle HCM workstream and deliver expert guidance on best practices and process optimization.

  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure accurate and efficient functionality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll and HR operations.

  • Assist with data conversion, integration, and user training.

  • Support cloud environment reviews to ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

  • Stay updated on Oracle’s roadmap and quarterly release impacts, providing clients with proactive recommendations.

  • Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting or consulting on Oracle HCM modules.

  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Relevant Oracle certifications (HCM or Cloud) are highly desirable.
