We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Strategic Growth & Customer Success Partner to help shape the future of BlueMind. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, customer onboarding, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding with speed, clarity, and care, ensuring users are confident and well-equipped.

  • Run demos and personalize the onboarding experience to enhance customer engagement.

  • Build automated onboarding flows, user journeys, and customer touchpoints using tools like Appcues, Notion, Loom, Asana, HubSpot, and Zapier.

  • Monitor and improve onboarding speed, retention rates, NPS, support response times, and customer feedback loops.

  • Handle support tickets with empathy and speed, aiming to reduce resolution times.

  • Plan and execute customer success operations, including weekly metrics and process improvements.

  • Plan and host webinars and customer education sessions.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with MGA and BGA partners.

  • Create and distribute monthly product updates to users to drive engagement and adoption.

  • Support the sales pipeline with lead follow-ups and AI-powered outreach campaigns.

  • Represent BlueMind at trade shows, networking events, and in-person advisor meetups.

Qualifications:

  • Strong emotional intelligence, quick learning ability, and resourcefulness.

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, insurance, or customer success.

  • Familiarity with CRMs, AI tools, and onboarding platforms.

  • Comfortable collaborating in-person at the office, with flexibility for remote work.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to events across North America.
