- Proven success in business ownership and/or sales management (in a Retail environment would be a plus).

- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated passion for winning.
- Strong planning, time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to analyze trends and react appropriately.
