Stakeholder Engagement Compliance Coordinator

IQVIA Canada is recruiting a Stakeholder Engagement Compliance Coordinator (SECC) for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Montreal, QC. IQVIA is a global leader in providing healthcare information, technology, and services, supporting healthcare organizations through big data and compliance expertise.

The SECC role involves quality assessments of Healthcare Provider (HCP) interactions for an international pharmaceutical client headquartered in Montreal. The coordinator will work closely with the client’s compliance team to ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively executed and compliance with global and Canadian healthcare engagement standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, conducting, and executing quality assessments of HCP interactions per SOPs and Innovative Medicines Canada standards.

• Receiving, coordinating, and tracking HCP engagement requests.

• Evaluating HCP interactions against compliance, legal, financial policies, and Canadian healthcare standards, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and sponsorships.

• Recommending corrective actions and business-enabling solutions to partners.

• Ensuring timely approval and management of contracts related to engagements.

• Reconciling engagement documentation before payment and releasing payments upon compliance review.

• Facilitating open communication to meet SLAs and resolve process deficiencies transparently.

• Leading continuous process improvements and addressing process gaps in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Reporting trend deviations and providing strategic guidance on compliance effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in compliance, quality systems, or healthcare compliance environments.

• Undergraduate degree in Science, Ethics & Compliance, or Healthcare.

• Knowledge of regulated environments, especially pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, influence cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Suite.

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Due to the global nature of the role, functional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is necessary.
