Sr. Talent Development Partner

PointClickCare is a leading healthcare technology platform, and they are seeking a Sr. Talent Development Partner to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs. This position works with various business functions, including Customer Operations, Strategy, Marketing, and more. The role focuses on creating impactful, multi-modal learning solutions that align with business goals and ensure employee growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering learning solutions and have a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and performance issues.

• Curate relevant learning content for specific target audiences, organizing and contextualizing it for effective delivery.

• Develop and implement learning solutions using various methods like facilitator-led sessions, e-learning, virtual synchronous/asynchronous, and blended learning.

• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and vet content.

• Create instructional design documents and ensure the development of high-quality learning materials.

• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest educational technology trends and best practices.

• Coordinate learning interventions with HR and external vendors.

• Evaluate learning program outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Educational Technologies, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development.

• Experience in developing multi-modal learning solutions aligned with adult learning theories.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

• Proficiency with Articulate 360, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of tools like Adobe Master Creative Suite, Audacity, Camtasia, and others is a plus.

• CTDP certification, CPTD certification, or Learning Guild membership is an asset.
