Description:
Mc Kesson Canada is seeking a Sr. Salesforce CRM Development Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions. This role focuses on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while supporting broader CRM capabilities across Experience Cloud and Field Service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate developers to deliver high-quality solutions across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, development, and implementation
- Review and approve solution designs and code to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Establish and enforce development standards, architecture patterns, and integration approaches
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver integrated CRM solutions
- Manage technical delivery execution including timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and quality standards
- Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams
CRM Platform Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- Support Experience Cloud solutions (customer and partner portals)
- Contribute to delivery and integration of Field Service capabilities
- Guide integration of CRM platforms with enterprise systems and downstream applications
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven experience leading development efforts and delivering complex CRM solutions
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and CRM data models
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with business, product, and architecture teams
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience mentoring and coaching developers
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
