As a NOC administrator, you will:
 

  • Use your problem-solving skills and structured thinking to tackle complex challenges and simplify them for others.
  • Provide technical and process leadership to the NOC team, identifying opportunities to improve systems, technologies, and workflows for better reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by developing and refining processes.
  • Champion positive change that enhances customer outcomes and experience.
