Description:
As a Senior Business Partner you will support the delivery of People programs, processes, and day-to-day HR operations across our global teams. Working closely with the broader People team, you’ll play a key role in general HR support, administrative support, employee experience, data tracking, presentation development, and documentation management.

Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding general HR queries (e.g., policy clarifications, documentation, process timelines, employee HRIS changes).
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks in coordination with the Onboarding Team.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, employment documentation, memos, and process summaries.
Program Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and documentation for core people programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Track progress on initiatives such as quarterly talent discussions, leveling updates, or engagement action planning.
Data, Tools & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records in systems like Workday; ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Partner with People Analytics and Compensation teams to support data entry, validation, and analysis needs.
Presentation & Communication Support
- Build and edit presentation decks for executive and functional reviews using templates and storytelling best practices.
- Support internal communications around People programs and initiatives.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Help coordinate team events, recognition moments, and programs that build connection and culture.
- Support with quarterly planning and team engagement initiatives, including organizing feedback sessions and tracking follow-ups.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Business Partner role, People People, or program/project management (ideally in a high-growth or tech environment)
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written communication and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills
- Comfort working with data and tools like Workday, Excel, and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Slack, etc.)
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn more about HR strategy, talent development, and systems thinking
- Team-first attitude with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
