What You’ll Do
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation, collaborating and advising HRBPs and business leaders.
- Lead compensation program design, analysis, recommendations and process improvements.
- Conduct and analyze market surveys, build relationships with vendors, and present insights.
- Manage medium to large-scale projects within Total Rewards, including budgeting and system and program implementation.
- Support bonus program design (sales and non-sales), ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Coach team members and deliver training and communication on compensation topics.
- Lead and ensure compliance with Ontario and Quebec Pay Equity and contribute to compensation governance
