Sr. Business Analyst

Description:

Capgemini seeks a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Summit application and capital markets. The role requires strong knowledge of treasury products, banks' treasury operations, derivatives trading, and front office tools. The candidate will lead projects in financial services ensuring adherence to software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), translate business needs into functional specifications, and support trading operations through domain knowledge and technical skills like SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to financial services and capital markets, ensuring timely delivery and SDLC compliance

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams

• Utilize treasury product expertise (FX swaps, bonds, etc.) to support business operations

• Provide insights into derivatives trading lifecycle including hedging and trade coverage

• Apply knowledge of front office deal booking tools such as Summit and Murex

• Demonstrate strong understanding and effective use of the Summit application

• Use SQL for data analysis, reporting, and decision support

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in financial services or consulting

• 5+ years experience in project management and SDLC

• In-depth knowledge of treasury products and banks' treasury operations

• Experience with derivatives trading

• Familiarity with Summit and Murex applications

• Strong understanding of the Summit application

• PMP certification is a plus

• Proficiency in SQL
