Special Projects Manager

 

Description:

Dialogue, Canada’s leading provider of virtual healthcare services, is hiring a Responsable des projets spéciaux (Special Projects Manager) to support the CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives. This is a 1-year temporary position with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.

Acting as Chief of Staff to the CEO, the selected candidate will handle cross-functional strategic programs, internal change management, communications, and operational execution of executive-level priorities. The position requires strong analytical skills, discretion, exceptional written communication, and the ability to influence at the senior leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CEO on key strategic priorities by conducting research, synthesizing information, and supporting execution.

  • Prepare executive materials for board meetings, including presentations and strategic documents.

  • Draft and coordinate internal and external CEO communications with precision and brand alignment.

  • Plan and manage executive retreats, including agendas, facilitation, documentation, and action follow-up.

  • Lead and execute cross-functional strategic programs (e.g., Leadership Immersion Experience, Client Experience Program) and develop new initiatives as required.

  • Execute ad hoc strategic projects ranging from technology rollouts to internal process optimizations and communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Based in Montreal and fully bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, project/program management, or Chief of Staff roles at a senior level.

  • Proven experience working closely with C-level executives and boards of directors.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in drafting content for executive use.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in high-paced environments.

  • Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
