Description:
Dialogue, Canada’s #1 virtual healthcare provider, is seeking an exceptional and highly organized Manager of Special Projects to serve as the Chief of Staff to the CEO for a one-year term, with a high possibility of the role becoming permanent. This high-visibility position is based in Montreal and requires a bilingual professional with excellent strategic insight, communication skills, and executive presence.
As the Manager of Special Projects, you will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to manage and execute high-impact projects, communications, and initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in enabling strategic decision-making and ensuring alignment across the organization’s executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on top-priority business initiatives.
Prepare board materials, strategic reports, and presentation decks.
Draft executive communications for both internal and external audiences.
Lead planning and execution of quarterly executive offsite meetings, including agenda design, facilitation, and action tracking.
Manage cross-functional strategic programs like the Executive Hands-On Experience and Client Experience Programs.
Lead and execute special projects related to tech implementation, process improvement, and change management.
Oversee the executive support team to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Based in Montreal and bilingual in French and English (essential due to customer base).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief-of-staff, or senior leadership project roles.
Proven ability to work directly with C-level executives and boards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for executive messaging.
Excellent project management capabilities, able to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
High discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
