Description:
Kainos is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Agile teams in designing and delivering transformative digital services for high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies and public sector agencies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the architecture of modern, scalable, and secure software applications that make a real-world impact. Key Responsibilities:
Lead collaborative design sessions to architect scalable and robust applications.
Deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on performance, security, and resilience.
Work closely with customer architects to guide functional and technical designs.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to cross-functional Agile teams.
Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with emerging tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and delivering multi-tier software applications.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, as well as SaaS and PaaS offerings.
Demonstrated leadership skills in negotiating and articulating technical concepts and designs.
Experience managing and developing junior team members in an Agile environment.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of end-to-end project delivery.
Ability to set goals, prioritize workstreams, and manage timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
