Solution Architect

Kainos is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Agile teams in designing and delivering transformative digital services for high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies and public sector agencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead collaborative design sessions to architect scalable and robust applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and delivering multi-tier software applications.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, as well as SaaS and PaaS offerings.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in negotiating and articulating technical concepts and designs.

• Experience managing and developing junior team members in an Agile environment.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of end-to-end project delivery.

• Ability to set goals, prioritize workstreams, and manage timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
